The CHW Outreach Center provides services to the poor assisting them with their daily living necessities, such as food and health.
Dinner Bell Program - meals for the homeless and underserved in the community.
Family Assistance/Food Referrals - referrals to Community Action Partnership, the HOPE Center, the CHW Learning Center, Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, PG&E, Catholic Charities, and other social service agencies for food baskets and other basic needs.
Healthy Families - help with the application process for low cost health insurance for children ages 0 to 18.
