Payment Assistance
If you do not have health insurance, our staff will help you find government or private programs that may assist you. If you are eligible for a government sponsored program, we will help you through the application process. If you qualify, these programs can provide both access to healthcare and other vital social services for you and your family.
If you are uninsured and do not qualify for a government sponsored insurance program, you may be eligible for free or discounted services depending on your income level and circumstances through the CHW Payment Assistance Program. To apply click on the link below to download an application. Our financial counseling staff can assist you with the application by calling (661) 327-4647 ext. 4830. Also provided are links to private and government sponsored programs.
